Tukwila Rotary Club Helps To Restore The Duwamish Shoreline
Tukwila Rotary Club accepted the challenge made by BECU, the City of Tukwila, and Forterra.org to help restore the Duwamish Shoreline. This project fostered by a group of BECU employees has helped to restore over 10,000 square feet of shoreline. This next leg of this project is scheduled for February 8th. One of our projects is to give all third grade students in the Tukwila School District their own dictionary. For some of these kids, this is the FIRST book they have ever owned.
